This Vehicle Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between RST Dubai ("the Company", "we", "us") and the customer named on the booking ("the Renter", "you"), and governs the rental of the vehicle selected at the time of booking ("the Vehicle").

1. Eligibility & Required Documents

• The Renter must be at least 21 years old (25+ for super-luxury and exotic vehicles), and hold a valid driving licence (UAE, GCC, or an internationally recognised licence with passport/visa).
• A valid passport/Emirates ID and a credit card in the Renter's name are required at the time of vehicle handover.
• The Company reserves the right to refuse a booking if the required documents are not provided or do not meet eligibility criteria.

2. Rental Period & Extensions

• The rental period begins and ends on the dates and times agreed at booking. A grace period of 29 minutes applies before late fees are charged.
• Extensions must be requested and confirmed by the Company in advance and are subject to vehicle availability and the daily rate at the time of extension.
• Late returns without prior agreement are charged at the applicable daily rate per extra day (or part thereof), in addition to any late-return fee.

3. Security Deposit & Payment

• No payment is taken online at the time of booking. A reservation is confirmed by the Company and settled directly with the Renter.
• A refundable security deposit is held on the Renter's credit card at vehicle pickup. The amount varies by vehicle category and is communicated before handover.
• The rental balance is due in full at pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• The security deposit is released within a reasonable period after the Vehicle is returned, provided it is returned on time, undamaged, with a full fuel tank, and free of outstanding fines or charges.

4. Fuel Policy

The Vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. If the Vehicle is returned with less fuel than at handover, the cost of refuelling plus a service fee will be deducted from the security deposit.

5. Mileage

Each rental includes a daily mileage allowance as specified at the time of booking (standard allowance: 250 km/day unless otherwise stated). Excess mileage is charged per kilometre at the rate specified for the vehicle category.

6. Insurance & Liability

• The Vehicle is covered by standard comprehensive insurance, subject to an excess (deductible) per incident, which varies by vehicle category and is communicated before handover.
• The Renter is liable for the insurance excess, and for the full repair/replacement cost of any damage not covered by insurance, including (without limitation) damage caused by negligence, violation of traffic laws, driving under the influence, off-road use, or use by an unauthorised driver.
• Standard insurance does not cover tyres, rims, undercarriage, interior damage, or windscreen chips/cracks unless a supplementary protection package was purchased.
• The Renter must report any accident, theft, or damage to the Company and to the police immediately, and must obtain a police report for any incident involving a third party.

7. Traffic Fines, Tolls & Penalties

The Renter is responsible for all traffic fines, Salik/toll charges, parking fines, and any penalties incurred during the rental period, plus an administration fee per fine charged by the Company. These amounts may be charged to the card on file after the rental period ends.

8. Vehicle Condition & Inspection

The Vehicle is handed over with a documented condition report and fuel/mileage record, which the Renter is asked to review and acknowledge at pickup. The same checks are performed at return. Any new damage, missing accessories, or excessive interior soiling identified at return will be charged to the Renter.

9. Prohibited Use

The Vehicle may not be used: by anyone other than the Renter and any additional driver(s) declared and approved at booking; for racing, towing, off-road driving, or any illegal purpose; to transport passengers or goods for hire; while the driver is under the influence of alcohol or drugs; or outside the UAE without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Cancellation

As no payment is taken at the time of booking, a reservation may be cancelled at any time before pickup at no cost, in accordance with the Cancellation Policy available separately during the booking process.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.

12. Acceptance

By checking "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Cancellation Policy" and completing the booking, the Renter confirms they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full. A signed copy of this Agreement, referencing the specific Vehicle, dates, and charges, will be presented for signature at vehicle handover.

اتفاقية تأجير المركبة هذه ("الاتفاقية") مُبرمة بين RST Dubai ("الشركة"، "نحن") والعميل المذكور في الحجز ("المستأجر"، "أنت")، وتحكم تأجير المركبة المختارة عند الحجز ("المركبة").

١. الأهلية والمستندات المطلوبة

• يجب ألا يقل عمر المستأجر عن 21 عامًا (25 عامًا فأكثر للسيارات الفاخرة والرياضية)، وأن يحمل رخصة قيادة سارية (إماراتية أو خليجية أو دولية مع جواز السفر/التأشيرة).
• يجب تقديم جواز السفر/الهوية الإماراتية وبطاقة ائتمان باسم المستأجر عند استلام المركبة.
• تحتفظ الشركة بحق رفض الحجز في حال عدم استيفاء المستندات أو شروط الأهلية.

٢. مدة الإيجار والتمديد

• تبدأ مدة الإيجار وتنتهي وفق التواريخ والأوقات المتفق عليها عند الحجز، مع فترة سماح مدتها 29 دقيقة قبل احتساب رسوم التأخير.
• يخضع التمديد لموافقة الشركة المسبقة وتوافر المركبة والسعر اليومي السائد وقت التمديد.
• يُحتسب التأخير في الإرجاع دون اتفاق مسبق بالسعر اليومي عن كل يوم إضافي (أو جزء منه)، بالإضافة إلى رسوم تأخير.

٣. التأمين النقدي وطريقة الدفع

• يُحصَّل عربون حجز قدره 50 دولارًا أمريكيًا عند الحجز، وفقًا لسياسة العربون والإلغاء.
• يُحجز تأمين نقدي إضافي قابل للاسترداد على بطاقة ائتمان المستأجر عند الاستلام، ويختلف المبلغ حسب فئة المركبة ويُبلَّغ به قبل التسليم.
• يُستحق باقي مبلغ الإيجار بالكامل عند الاستلام، ما لم يُتفق على خلاف ذلك كتابيًا.
• يُعاد التأمين النقدي خلال فترة معقولة بعد إرجاع المركبة، شريطة إرجاعها في الموعد، دون أضرار، بخزان وقود ممتلئ، وخالية من أي مخالفات أو رسوم مستحقة.

٤. سياسة الوقود

تُسلَّم المركبة بخزان وقود ممتلئ ويجب إعادتها بخزان ممتلئ. في حال إرجاعها بوقود أقل، يُخصم من التأمين النقدي تكلفة التزويد بالوقود إضافة إلى رسوم خدمة.

٥. حد المسافة المقطوعة

يشمل كل إيجار حدًا يوميًا للمسافة المقطوعة كما هو محدد عند الحجز (الحد المعتاد: 250 كم/يوم ما لم يُذكر خلاف ذلك). تُحتسب المسافة الزائدة وفق السعر المحدد لكل كيلومتر حسب فئة المركبة.

٦. التأمين والمسؤولية

• تُغطى المركبة بتأمين شامل قياسي، خاضع لمبلغ تحمل (إكسس) عن كل حادث، يختلف حسب فئة المركبة ويُبلَّغ به قبل التسليم.
• يتحمل المستأجر مبلغ التحمل التأميني، وكامل تكلفة الإصلاح أو الاستبدال لأي ضرر غير مشمول بالتأمين، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر الأضرار الناتجة عن الإهمال أو مخالفة قوانين المرور أو القيادة تحت تأثير الكحول أو القيادة خارج الطرق المعبدة أو القيادة من قبل سائق غير معتمد.
• لا يشمل التأمين القياسي الإطارات أو الجنوط أو الهيكل السفلي أو أضرار المقصورة الداخلية أو شروخ/كسور الزجاج الأمامي، إلا في حال شراء باقة حماية إضافية.
• يجب على المستأجر إبلاغ الشركة والشرطة فورًا عن أي حادث أو سرقة أو ضرر، والحصول على محضر شرطة في حال تورط طرف ثالث.

٧. المخالفات المرورية والرسوم

يتحمل المستأجر جميع المخالفات المرورية ورسوم سالك/البوابات ومخالفات الوقوف وأي غرامات تُسجَّل خلال فترة الإيجار، بالإضافة إلى رسوم إدارية عن كل مخالفة تُحصِّلها الشركة. يجوز خصم هذه المبالغ من البطاقة المسجلة بعد انتهاء الإيجار.

٨. حالة المركبة والفحص

تُسلَّم المركبة مع تقرير حالة موثَّق وتسجيل للوقود والمسافة، يُطلب من المستأجر مراجعته والتوقيع عليه عند الاستلام، وتُجرى نفس الفحوصات عند الإرجاع. أي ضرر جديد أو إكسسوارات مفقودة أو اتساخ داخلي مفرط يُكتشف عند الإرجاع يُحمَّل على المستأجر.

٩. الاستخدامات المحظورة

يُحظر استخدام المركبة من قبل أي شخص غير المستأجر والسائقين الإضافيين المعلَن عنهم والمعتمدين عند الحجز؛ أو لأغراض السباق أو القطر أو القيادة خارج الطرق المعبدة أو أي غرض غير قانوني؛ أو لنقل ركاب أو بضائع مقابل أجر؛ أو أثناء تأثير الكحول أو المخدرات؛ أو خارج دولة الإمارات دون موافقة كتابية مسبقة من الشركة.

١٠. الإلغاء والاسترداد

يخضع إلغاء الحجز واسترداد العربون لسياسة العربون والإلغاء المتاحة بشكل منفصل أثناء عملية الحجز.

١١. القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الاتفاقية لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة وإمارة دبي، وتختص محاكم دبي حصريًا بالفصل في أي نزاع ينشأ عنها.

١٢. القبول

بتحديد خانة "أوافق على الشروط والأحكام وسياسة الإلغاء" وإتمام الحجز، يقر المستأجر بأنه قرأ هذه الاتفاقية وفهمها ووافق عليها بالكامل. وستُقدَّم نسخة موقّعة من هذه الاتفاقية، تتضمن تفاصيل المركبة والتواريخ والرسوم، للتوقيع عليها عند استلام المركبة.
